The Savvy Clear Brow Gel is hands down the most cheap and cheerful product I have come across. For a mere fiver, you are en route to preened brows that will stay in place all day. A clear brow gel is something I'd been meaning to pick up for years, but isn't exactly the most exciting purchase and hence never made its way into my basket. I have to say though, this is such a simple step that really does make a difference in your beauty regime. It just locks all your grooming and shaping in place - think setting spray for the brows. What a winner.
The Australis Metallix Eyeshadow in Guns and Rose Petals is an ode to all things glitter. It's the fabulously inexpensive replica of a M.A.C pressed pigment. The idea of these kinds of prods is that you have the glitz of a loose pigment, without all the mess. Raise your hand if you've ever spilt M.A.C Melon all over your carpet and flecks of burnt copper still remain embedded there to this day? Yep, guilty. You can either don this all over the lids and wear it as an opaque metallic, or sheer it out for a translucent wash of shimmer. Better yet, pop it on your cheekbones, inner corners of the eyes, cupid's bow...heck, put it EVERYWHERE à la the 'whole face using highlighter challenge' circulating YouTube right now. It's superbly creamy and packs a punch of shimmer that even Tinkerbell herself would approve of. I've checked out the colour range and think I know what I'll be spending my money on the next time a Priceline freebie bag drops.
